Provider Profile
Placeholder marketplace overlay on a Provider. TypeScript exists; persistence is in-memory pending api-v2.

Purpose
ProviderProfile is the glossary placeholder for future marketplace projection data (status, onboarding, categories, regions). The class and ProviderProfileRegistered exist in TypeScript. Composition wires PendingProviderProfileRepository (in-memory). HTTP POST .../profile returns 501. Do not treat this as persisted Airtable behavior.
